  staff were very friendly and helpful.i have stayed in many 4and a couple of 5star hotels and was not expecting too much because this ibis hotel only has a 2star rating.but i was very nicely surprised with this hotel.the rooms were very clean,there was facilities for making tea and coffee in the room,the breakfast buffet was very good and lasted ti... wat mensen zeggen » l 12 noon.the hotel may not have a gym or a swimming pool but for a short stay and a low budget it was perfect.we were a group of ten people with 5 do - Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. Nice dining area / lobby lounge for relaxing in. Plenty of parking space. Good location close to Saltaire, Shipley train station and shops. I wou

  We often stay at Ibis Budget in Birmingham, so getting this room for such a good price was a no brainer! The rooms, although basic, do exactly what they say on the tin! The beds are comfy and the shower's are always good. The lass on reception (sorry failed to get her name!) was brilliant! Friendly, helpful and very pleasant.
