  It is a very unusual hotel! Run by a local authority which must be a very enlightened one. It is modern and has a wonderful atmosphere. There were lots of groups of children and adults enjoying the facilities both inside and out. The Bistro was very busy and deserved to be because the the staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was... wat mensen zeggen » excellent. The view from the dining area made our stay special with stunning sunsets to accompany dinner and watersport activity to watch during bre - The staff were delightful -unfailingly helpful and friendly, Beds were comfortable and our room had a lovely view overlooking the lake. Bedrooms are huge and it was very quiet at night. We were attending a family event locally, but it is a good value for money base for exploring Liverpool, which is only a short train ride away, or for exploring up the Lancastrian coast,

  The attirude of the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room were excellent, it was nice to have not only a wardrobe of decent size but also a number of drawers.The food was excellent, both breakfast, evening meal and bar meals. There were good walks available in the area and the railway station was close by if you ... wat mensen zeggen » wished to travel elsewhere. - We arrived evening 8.30 ish after a long drive, your staff were very helpful and pleasant, they advised where we could eat as the restuarant would be closed by the time we had settled in, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was easy, and the dining room fabulous, with it's chandeliers. Well placed to visit the Gormley statues. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

  I didn't actually stay at the hotel because I didn't check the location beforehand! My mistake but the manger John was so polite and professional about our cancelation that I would definatly make it my business to go there understanding and great staff like that are so hard to come by these days as I stay in hotels quite a lot! I can guess that th... wat mensen zeggen » is must be a great hotel as the staff are the most important part well done John can't wait to meet u in person wen I come to new Brighton I'm sure it - The Albion Guest House is absolutely lovely. It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.

  The Family Room had a mini kitchen and a large bathroom with both bath and shower. As one of the children was not well during the weekend this all proved useful. The views were fabulous and the location was so close to many amenities. - Everything from friendly welcome through to breakfast the next day.
