  It was immaculate and the owner could not have done enough for us. We had a pet collie with us and this was not a problem at all and we occupied the ground floor accomodation. The owner even directed us to dog friendly restaurants nearby which was very kind.   This is a spotlessly clean, friendly guest house. Towels were huge and fluffy and changed three times during our five night stay, lovely clean bedding too. The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.
