We received a warm welcome from Ann and John. They really do go the extra mile to make you feel important. It was the little things that meant so much like them remembering what drinks we liked with our breakfast and that we prefered scrambled eggs instead of fried. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the facillities were good. We were able to come and go as we pleased. They provided us with all day parking permits to park outside the hotel on the road due to all the spaces being taken at. alle beoordelingen »
Very welcoming upon arrival, due to being new to Scarborough we were provided with a map and highlighted all of the local attractions and routes to these. The bedroom was very cosy as well as clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was beautiful with plenty to eat and drink. Looking forward to my next stay and already recommending to family and friends.
The owners were very gracious & friendly. The location is so easy to find. We've been struct with the beautiful garden & we can sit in the reception room with a nice garden in the courtyard. The food was excellent. The couple, John & Ann came out to bade goodbye to us! Will go back there again & it's highly recommended.
Levante was delightful,extremely clean and decorated to high standard & the front terraced garden is amazing!
Ann & her hubby made us so very welcome as if we had known each other for years!.

Anne & John the proprietors where extremely friendly and helpful offered suggestions for sight seeing trips. Breakfast was lovely and the decor of the house stunning. We have spent one month travelling in the UK and this was the best B&B we have come across.
Ann was a lovely host, unfortunatly we didn't get to meet john as he was ill, a most homely and welcoming stay and will most certainly return in the new year! Food was great and the B+B was comfortable and clean. All in all a fantstic wk end :).
This has to be one of the best B+B's I have ever stayed in. Hospitality was superb! Breakfast was delightful, lovely and hot, good solid home cooked food. Other residents were friendly too. Rooms are very well decorated. Like home from home.
Arrived out of hours but we were made to feel extremely welcome.
Accommodation excellently maintained and very clean. Very attentive host's who gave personal attention to all their guest's.

We loved the friendly atmosphere, the room was lovely and clean, breakfast was very good and hot, parking was good and we got free parking permit from hotel, would recommend this hotel anytime, our hosts were keen to help at all times.
Very friendly and we received a very warm welcome on arrival. We had the pleasure of staying for two nights so had the wonderful breakfast twice. I highly recommend staying here and we shall be doing just that next chance we get.
Very friendly, helpful and accommodating owners. Lovely comfortable and spatious room. We were arriving early to go walking and they allowed us to check in early. They were very accommodating of my dairy intollerance.
