Echt een keten-hotel. Dit gaat ten koste van de "gezellige" uitstraling die kleinere hotels vaak wel hebben. Ligging dicht bij het strand van Portobello. Ga daar zeker een kijkje nemen als je in dit hotel verblijft. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. De dame aan de receptie gaf ons een plattegrond mee met daarop de kortste route naar zee. -

lovely apartment, very homely and well run, good breakfast provided in the aprtment, very helpfull staff, good location, we have a 5 month old boy and we walked to most attractions including the castle, shops nearby including Tesco express for grabbing food for the aprtment but have resturants right on the canal by the aprtment if you prefer. ... wat mensen zeggen » very quite at night. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly. - The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through
letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely
and helpful. The location was superb, with public transportation to go
anywhere. I honestly couldn't say enough about how staying at such
a lovely place added to our wonderful Scotland visit! My family plans
to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice
each time.

We didhave one problem that when we first got our room it wasnt clean butthis was quickly rectified and we got a new room and a welcome pack.Only other problem was tv reception but I did not spend much timewatching tv anyway.
