  We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided. The food was delicious and the restaurant and rooms remained very clean. We loved the powerful, hot shower inside the room and the room as a whole was well prepared with tea and coffee and a clean, comfy bed and bathroom. Management staff and other staff were welcoming and friend... wat mensen zeggen » ly and the full English breakfast and carvery was fresh, not and delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would visit Toby Carveries again and stay. - Everything! Mostly the friendly staff who could not be nicer. They really do go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable. Spotlessly clean facilities, excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and the most comfy beds (even the sofa bed) Generous amounts of tea,coffee and biscuits and efficient cleaning staff daily.Would not stay anywhere else in Birmingham. Second visit to this hotel and will be back without any doubt!! Highly recommend to anyone
