  Service and staff were excellent.Early evening the restaurant was busy with families calling in after a visit to Peppa Pig Park but quietened down later..Dinner was very good ,with plenty of choice and freshly cooked .A good breakfast menu and unlimited coffee. Our room,number 8,was clean and comfortable.There was a party in the function room ben... wat mensen zeggen » eath us but the disco ended at 11pm ,this may cause a problem for families . - Lovely staff, great food, clean and comfy rooms, whole place cosy and traditional. Really liked it. Lots of parking, very central and close to main roads. Right next to paultons park if you are going there this could not be more ideal. I found the hotel quiet at night and just liked everything

  The welcome was warm and friendly, paid for room and breakfast on arrival so no delays & queing in the morning! The room and bedding were clean and spotless, also offered sheets instead of duvets on arrival due to hot weather! Staff helpful in directing to nearest supermarket. Staff in the restaurant were very quick in taking order for breakfast and explaining how it all worked! - Staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful when we all arrived,during our stay and when we left!! Rooms were very comfortable and catered for all our needs,including a 4 year old boy. Love the fact that there was a large garden with a play area for children and safe and enclosed. The restaurant next door was also brilliant. We had planned to eat out during our stay but after eating there the first night,we ended up dining there for breakfast and dinner for 4 days.
