  From time of arrival till minute of departure we were delighted with our stay and staff were pleasant and friendly, room was clean and tidy and even close to busy motorway we enjoyed a pleasant couple of nights in room. Reviews of restaurant next door mottram wood almost made us change hotels but we always give every establishment our fair opinion... wat mensen zeggen » and dined both nights there and were pleasantly surprised at quality for price we paid. If you are seeking exquisite fine dining then go elsewhere bu - Beds and pillows very comfy actually I need to buy some of their pillows.Had good night sleep there with my children all happy. Staff smiling all the way it make so much of difference easpecially when you have young children. Breakfast brilliant kids eat free and buffet continental.Mcdonald and Tesco only a stone throw away that helps. Most importantly clean rooms no dust .I was worried about my son who has hay fever and in dusty carperted environment he struggles,but during our stay he was fin

  We liked the friendly hosts and the attractive and well appointed house. We were offered a drink and snack on arrival and were given fresh milk for our teas and coffee in our room. The views are very pleasant and the location convenient for the main road but nice and quiet. The food was good and the water was hot.
