  From time of arrival till minute of departure we were delighted with our stay and staff were pleasant and friendly, room was clean and tidy and even close to busy motorway we enjoyed a pleasant couple of nights in room. Reviews of restaurant next door mottram wood almost made us change hotels but we always give every establishment our fair opinion... wat mensen zeggen » and dined both nights there and were pleasantly surprised at quality for price we paid. If you are seeking exquisite fine dining then go elsewhere bu - Beds and pillows very comfy actually I need to buy some of their pillows.Had good night sleep there with my children all happy. Staff smiling all the way it make so much of difference easpecially when you have young children. Breakfast brilliant kids eat free and buffet continental.Mcdonald and Tesco only a stone throw away that helps. Most importantly clean rooms no dust .I was worried about my son who has hay fever and in dusty carperted environment he struggles,but during our stay he was fin

  We were two friends staying in Manchester for 5 nights, going to a game and wanting to check out the city in the meantime. When we arrived we were welcomed and they took us to our room. We told them about our visit to England and when we came back and were on our way to the main city, Sid, the host, had already printed out map for us about the cit... wat mensen zeggen » y, the bus and train times and took more then 20-30 minutes out of his day to help us and make our traveling easier. Very friendly greetings and nice - The hotel is a half an hour (very slow journey) bus ride from the city centre but I did get to see another part of Manchester, which I wouldn't have otherwise done. The very quick train from the city centre to Guide Bridge is 6 minutes and the hotel is 15 mins' walk from the station. Not having to dash about (as I do most days), I rather liked the chance to stretch my legs so the initial off-the-beaten track impression was in the end favourable.   Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although we were only there for one night. Regarding the question on reviews on the website I have not answered this point as I had not looked at the reviews before I booked.
