there was a wedding party on when we arrived and meals were not been made but when i asked the manager offered us the same food as the wedding party which was out of this world - Staff were friendly and organised everything for you and hotel bar was open all night to residents, and was really good sized rooms and clean!!!

We had a very friendly welcome. We arrived about 7pm expecting to be able to order a meal, unfortunately they stop serving at 6pm on Sundays (9pm other nights). Seeing how diappointed we were the young woman went to ask the landlord if he could reccomend somewhere or provide a sandwich. Richard very kindly made us fish and chips, which were excellent and so very welcome after a full day on the road.

Only stayed for one night at the Edgerton Guest House in Huddersfield and was very impressed! Spotless rooms and very beautyfully done, very comfortable bed, very nice building and again room spacious! Staff very helpfull and friendly and welcoming! Ikhlaq does a wonderful job... I liked the style and the presentation but there were a lack of mirrors and lighting. They should have placed a mirror in the bathroom in order for women to do their make up. we have stayed at the heritage center before. The apartment was excellent. Our stay was a little too short and much of the time was spent with our family who live in huddersfield. On arriving a gentleman came over to us and thankfully guided us to the correct entrance doorway and took us up to the apartment. I don't think we would have found it easily as we thought it was accessed via the lift. He replaced a hallway light straight away. We will stay again. (We like room 5 as it has a great view

Good service delivery. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The food was excellent and timely. The room was comfortable and completely self contained. On the fringes of the dales, and very convenient for most local trips. Thankyou both for a lovely stay. We will be back. -
