  The Manager and all staff were cheerful, helpful and very attentive toour needs, without being intrusive or overwhelming. Food was excellentand service very slick. A great place to relax in. - everybody was very friendly, service was particulary good, food was excellent and very well presented.

  Having both the bedroom and front room plus the spacious bathroom. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom, all of which were modern. The views across the countryside were amazing and the breakfast was superb. Sue and John were friendly and welcoming, they thought of everything to the last detail.   This b & b was picked only on the day we left and weren't we lucky, it was set in the countryside only two miles from Axminster where we were visiting, it was the coldest winter night they had ever experienced, and we arrived late because of an accident on the road, yet we were warmly welcomed. The view from the bedroom of the garden a - We loved everything! Part of us would like to keep it our secret but Carrie works so hard but makes everything seem effortless and nothing is too much trouble. We have never been in such a clean and friendly place to stay. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was in the little details, nothing left to chance and carefully thought out. Loved it!
