  I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. Buffet hot breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bathroom was impeccably clean with enveloping towels. It was a pity to have to c... wat mensen zeggen » heck out as I would like to have spent more time at this hotel. - We had a problem with the television in the room and even though we had to relocate to another room, I should like to express our sincere gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect for our requirements.

  Sue was an excellant friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Room very clean,tea ,coffee readily available. My husband had the full breakfast every morning and said how good it was. Although a little way out of the centre, the buses were brilliant. There was a stop not far from the house, they were regular and drivers helpful. Lovely, helpful owner, Sue, couldn't have done more to make us and the other guests feel 'at home'. So much better staying in the quiet suburbs than in the city centre with buses running every eight minutes or so from right outside the house into the city centre for shopping and sightseeing. A beautiful house in a lovely location, very clean and a great breakfast!

You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room... wat mensen zeggen » ready for me They told me to complain to you which I am now doing. You had correct details on your notification to me but not to them apparently. - Nice staff. The room and WC was spotless clean. Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep! The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

  The room was spacious comfortable, homely warm and spotless. The bathroom was more than adequate and sparkling clean. The staff especially June were friendly and professional, we were met with a hot drink and given full instructions about the Hotel and information where to eat locally. This Hotel is in a perfect location for Liverpool Airport and not that far from the train station. We will - When we arrived we were offered hot drinks while the receptionist explained safetyguide lines and meal times. Even though we were close to John Lennon Airport we did not hear any aircraft noise. We did not hear any noise from other guests at all.The whole place looked as though it had been newly painted, the carpets were clean and appeared to be new. The on suite was again sparkling and the fan and heater assured comfortable bathing. ...
