Uitstekende prijs/prestatie verhouding - The staff were very friendly and welcoming people, always on hand toprovide any useful knowledge and also cater for any specific needs. Much much better than my stay at thesheraton, which is meant to be a 5*. Thank you - The hotel is in an ideal location if you are not looking to be right in the centre of Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Park Train Station is perfectly located jst behind the hotel and is only 2 stops from Waverly. The dinner in the hotel was lovely as was the breakfast.

  The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. - Friendly greeting from lovely host.   Beautiful property with high end modern décor. We were made to feel very welcome and cannot fault this accommodation or the lovely breakfast with superb views. Only a few minutes to Edinburgh yet this luxury B&B was a quiet country retreat from the city bustle.   We could not have been happier with this hotel. Although it is located in an office park, the train station in literally right next door a seven minute train ride (two stops) will take you right into downtown Edinburgh (Waverly Station). With free full breakfast and parking, you simply cannot beat the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wants a good value wh - This hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing and could not do enough. The rooms were spotless with plenty of space and lovely bath with powerful over shower. The breakfast is excellent value for money and they have a 2 course evening meal deal for 12.75 which is a must try. The location is perfect edinburgh park rail station is across the road and is just obe stop away from edinburgh waverly (edinburghs main station) with a return ticket only costing £3.
