It was a pleasure to stay, the staff were professional and in my opinion went out of their way for the guests. I also liked the personal feel about it - staff treated you well and it was easy to contact staff if you needed anything. Rooms were very good and comfortable and the whole experience was pleasant.

  Every member of staff we came into contact with were exceptional. This was a leisure trip but I stay in hotels most weeks due to business and would not hesitate to return here. - I've stayed here several times before. It's convenient for my client's site, the hotel is always great value and the food is excellent.

  Our room was on the ground floor so no stairs to climb after a day of shopping!! The room itself was very basic but extremely comfortable and roomy, especially as there was four of us. Liked the free shower gel and hand was, very useful if you forgot wash stuff!! - I have stayed at Premier Inn Blackburn Central several times and have consistently... wat mensen zeggen » found the staff very helpful and friendly.
