  very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. There is a high standard of hospitality, care and attention to the small things that differentiate this hotel from any other. A popular hotel with it's guests who regularly re-book. I'm one them too. Thanks to - This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out. 2 amazing Christmas trees up in the Reception Rooms. I will definitely use again

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. Ook was het bed van zeer goede kwaliteit. - Hotel is close to Birmingham, international station and airport, yet is peaceful. Propriator and staff were very helpful and attentive.   We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. We stayed in the family room and we were not disappointed; large, clean and comfy beds and two bathrooms to boot, fantastic! The breakfast was great certainly fills you up.   A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, as was the vegetarian spread they did for my son. It is only a 5 minute bus journey to the NEC, so a perfect location if you're going there. I would definitely stay there again. - I've a short but very pleasant stay at Joe And Stan's. It is cozy and lovely. I received friendly welcoming and the best hospitality. It was a safe place for a lone businesses woman like me. The bed was good and the breakfast was excellent. I surely will go back again next time I'll be in Birmingham.   The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom. There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary). We booked a single room and a double room for 1 night.The - Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again

She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. We spent two nights there and she was very attentive to us on arrival, at breakfast, and put the room in excellent order for our second night.

A very pleasant stay -would definitely recommend. - Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner.
