  The accommodation was spacious ,very comfortable bed and bathroom new. Wonderful shower .Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. A wonderful personal family run hotel. Highly recommend to anyone. Great location quiet and for seeing the Wirrel and Chester. Rooms very nice & comfortable, great breakfast, we also ate in the restaurant for 2 evenings, very nice menu.   The food in the restaurant was superb and a real highlight of our break. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel, the staff, the room and the facilities (including the beautiful grounds) were all excellent. - Food was good - Staff were friendly and the room was confortable

  Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there. Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus... wat mensen zeggen » . Cooked breakfast was excellent, with tea and toast and great value for money. - Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!

  We found this a very friendly hotel to stay in. All the staff we met were excellent and made our stay very comfortable. One very small issue regarding the heating in the bedroom was solved immediately & with no fuss. The room was clean, large & well fitted. We ate in the attached Restaurant for both lunch & dinner and thoroughly enjoye... wat mensen zeggen » d our meals. It's good honest pub grub offering decent portions at a reasonable price. - Without exception the staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. Food choice, quality and speed of service very good. Although we only had the disabled room because it was the last available, Reception rang our home to ask if we had any special needs.
