  Very modern accomodation and freindly staff. The reception gave me good advice on what to visit. The beds each have their individual light and plug so it's perfect not to disturb each other in the dorm. The sheets are on when you come in and you just have to undo the bed which is convenient.   I liked the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff - I had visited for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday and a few family members met with us for a meal which was excellent - thank you for this as I lost my husband (her son) in Jan. of this year so the ocasion was special as I had not seen her since his death as I live in County Durham. I hope to visit again in the spring - all being well. - Very comfortable rooms which were very spacious with excellent tiled bathroom. Beautiful beamed bar and restaurant, very cosy with excellent food, included a Sunday lunch and children's menu. Good selection of real ales. A very good value place to stay when visiting Canterbury.
