  Comfortable, no hassle, friendly and helpful staff, excellent value - The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious with a fantastic view of the yorkshire dales, breakfast was cooked to order, well presented and not too greasy. Evening meals were adequatly priced, but very tasty and again very well presented

  The hotel, along with the pub and restaurant downstairs, made for the perfect place to stay for the short time we were in Ilkley. The room was great, good size with a fantastic bed and the shower was great. Breakfast was lovely, and the choice was wide and included in the price. The food in the restaurant was great, and good value for money. - We loved: The hotel, The location, The super staff, The decor, The clealiness, The spacious well appointed bedroom, The bar, The LeBistrotPierre French style dining area, The good breakfast, The relaxed atmosphere. It is the only hotel that we would want to give a 10 because it suits our needs. Not the poshest, not the cheapest but exactly what we like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  What a lovely place to stay while I went back to my birthplace. The staff could not do enough for us, the breakfast was excellent in quality and presentation, the room very well appointed and the atmosphere during the whole of our stay was perfect. The evening meal on the Saturday night was just right. All in all a very well run hotel and pub. - ... wat mensen zeggen » Service again was second to none, stayed in the same room as my previous trip and once again exceptionally clean, high end room. The staff are amazingly polite and helpful and are a credit to the business. Didn't use the restaurant this occasion but from past experience it's fabulous and the complimentary breakfast is superb

  We arrived early before booking in time and the staff were very helpful they let us leave our luggage there while we went for a walk. Went we came back they had put our luggage in our room which we thought was a nice touch. Good views from the hotel. Plently of parking space. Good selection of real ale beers. - The staff were very helpful and c... wat mensen zeggen » ouldn't do more to make sure we were comfortable. Food was excellent, out of the 4 nights we ate there two evenings. On the second night we had our twin grandchildren of 21 months with us and we were looked after extremely well, nothing was too much trouble.
