Staff very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice to be able to sit out in the grounds. They had a portable Air Con Unit in our room which was welcoming. Allowed us to use their Air Pressure to pump our tyres up. Parking for the motorbike was easy. Very near to the Old Town which is delightful. This was our favourite hotel out of ten we had stayed in during our trip.

The hotel was a beautiful 18th Century building complete with suits of armour on the staircase, We had a large bedroom full of period furniture and the bed was pehaps the most comfortable I had ever experienced. The bathroom was almost as big. It was a real joy to stay there.

Perfect location to the gorgeous medieval town and near the Altamira cave (replicas/museum). We drove past it as we arrived at night--can be hard to find, though we had GPS in the car. She was so kind as we weren't there
