  We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms. It had room for five people, however, although there are two bathrooms, the hot water is limited, totally fine for two, however there maybe a delay if five people were wanting a ... wat mensen zeggen » shower (as the heater will need to warm it up again). It has its own private garden. We arrived late on a Saturday night and were greeted by Dina the - having been to playa del ingles several times i would say the closeness to the yumbo the kasbah and plaza centres as well as the beach make it ideally situated

  We hadden een fraaie hoekbungalow gekregen. Tuintjes waar bungalows in staan werd goed onderhoudenService goed, verzoeken werden direct uitgevoerd. Schoonmaak goed, om de twee dagen, met schone badhanddoeken.Ligging van strand 500 meter.Parkje bestaat uit twee parken met weg ertussen van ieder 15 bungalows.   All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The bungalows are roomy and very clean with plenty of wardrobe space (and hangars). Two comfy twin beds in each of the two bedrooms. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious and the kitchen units make it feel like a little apartment away from home. the rooms are not luxury but you do have a flat screen tv, living room and separate bedrooms and kitchen -- nothing to complaint about.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.
