  The bed was comfy (memory foam) and the room spacious. Good air conditioning as it was 31 outside. The shower is a wet room type, clean and modern. Big fluffy white towels which we love. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location is very good, walk to the main shopping street in 1 minute and bars and res... wat mensen zeggen » taurants in 2-3 minutes. We will stay again as we visit Leiden often. - Great location - very central. Friendly reception staff. Good choice at breakfast, although continental, there were a few cooked items, and everything was regularly replenished. Room was light and airy, with lots of space and a comfy double bed. Bathroom/wet room included a sun- shower (no goggles though!) Tea/coffee facilities in room. Two hot tubs and roof terrace.

  Lovely room, comfortable beds, nespresso machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked dishes and a cold buffet. The spa had just opened but we had forgotten our swim suits. Location was very good. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants and the station was a 15 min stroll along the canal, or you can catch the bus from ro... wat mensen zeggen » und the corner. Gaston and the other staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. We used their parking at a cost of 12 euros per night. - The location, facilities and above all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. This was especially true when I caught "Dutch Flu" and they let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hrs until it was time to go to the Airport - Gaston's suggestion. Also Gaston's mum who runs a shuttle service to the Airport deserves a positive mention. Thanks again.
