  I loved the food at the restaurant, very delicious. The 25% discount was a great bonus, as well as the discounts on drinks. Our room was really cool and the art everywhere was very interesting. The location was awesome and the staff was friendly & helpful. The best part, in my opinion, was the music. Great songs day & night everyday, es... wat mensen zeggen » pecially during the day shift. - Clean, bright, airy. Good breakfast spread, authentic dutch stairs, good lockers, good location. And even some pretty designs -- that's saying something for a hostel! Bar seemed good too though I didn't get to join that fun. Though my stay here was brief, this was one of the best hostels I've stayed at.

This is great if you need to crash somewhere in Amsterdam near central station and downtown! The rooms are a bit old/basic and come with 1 power outlet. The bed is around 1mtr from the ground which gives plenty of room underneath it. There is free wifi internet (speed is ok) but its only available in the public area.

Breakfast is plentiful though nothing fancy. Staff Christian is excellent, friendly and always helpful. Amsterdam is famous for its houseboats, and Intersail Hostel - It locate 10 minutes from Central station and Damrak, near Old City with Red Light District. Living on boat were very exiting!
