  Vriendelijk personeel, beetje lang van stof maar erg behulpzaam - We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed wit... wat mensen zeggen » h nice laces around. There were no windows to the outside but we did not miss much and I think that kept the room cool. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  Wij hebben ons afgelopen zomer zeker vermaakt in dit geweldige aqua park. De service was perfect en de sfeer was gezellig. Qua hygiene betreft was het park en de kamers super schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk en zeker ook behulpzaam. Laat in de avond waren er ook shows voor oudere en voor kinderen wat ons zeker heeft vermaakt en verder sma... wat mensen zeggen » akte het eten ook fantástico. Het is een hotel waar je zeker naar toe moet en waar er veel te beleven valt. Spijt zal je er nooit van krijgen. In e - The children loved the pools and slides. The food was good, the rooms were nice. If you want to travel to Marrakech for the shopping, and you have children with you this is a great hotel to keep you all happy. I have stayed in a beautiful riad before in the medina, but the children would have hated it. Aqua fun club is a great compromise. It's clean, safe and the kids had a great time. - Even though hotel was full the water park did not feel crowded & there was very little queing for rides. Safe for older children to go round on their own to leave us to lie by one of many pools. Good variety of good quality food available all day long. Plentiful drinks including alcohol. Wonderful air conditioning even in the hottest temperatures.

  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team.   We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... wat mensen zeggen » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. We found the room a little smaller than we expected and didn't have room for our luggage, however the en suite was spacious and well appointed and we were able to leave one suitcase there. The traditional breakfast was provided in an abundance along the lines of cakes, pancakes, doughnuts and breads, with Moroc - The staff is super: from Youssef, the riad manager, to Hicham, they've all been fantastic in assisting us for whatever we needed. The position is also a relevant plus: it is located in a small, quiet street though at a walking distance from Place Jamaa El Fna.
