  I got lost when trying to find the place but a wonderful old lady went out of her way to show the way. I love that ahjumma! I like the traditional feel of the place. A really cosy home and the warm hospitality of the owners, Brian and his fiancee s ( I'm sorry bcoz of the age factor, I forgot her name) made me feel very much welcomed. I was supposed - The staff were awesome, not only did they have a copious amount of knowledge about Matsumoto and Nagano in general, but they treated the guest not as a customer but as a close friend or family member. If there were potential problems to be faced outside of the hostel they were very happy to offer their Japanese skills as assistance.   Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaren, prettige gemeenschappelijke ruimte - It was our 2nd stay at this place. Owners were always very friendly and helpful. We were there to go and see fireworks, but due to heavy thunderstorm we could not see them unfortunately.
