  Very good location, friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice view of the volcano and the sea. Nice terrace. A good value for money. The mud thermals are just in front. - The staff was extremly helpful and made every efford to satisfy you. The breakfast was good and location convident.

  I loved the location of the hotel and the views from the breakfast terraces facing the islands of Baziluzzo and Stromboli. I loved the decoration, so charming and elegant and tasteful. I liked how everything was taken care of, the trees and plants, the public toilet. I liked the art in the dining area, the Sicilian ceramics in the living area, the director's chairs on the terraces with spotl - Fantastically accomodating staff, exceptionally beautiful scenery and perfectly finished hotel. The photos didn't do the place justice at all. On entering our room, the view of the sea, greenery, sunshine and the sound of crashing waves was breathtaking! Our room was not typical of 5* luxuary but had been thoughtfully furnished with a nice firm mattress superking unlike a lot of other hotels. The outdoor breakfast was fantastcally accommodating with a very relaxed attitude towards time. The

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The location was in a quiet area yet two blocks from the main street.   We traveled out of season (March) and found Villaggio Stromboli as one of the few places operating. We truly loved the place. It consists of a set of rooms/villas on terraces overlooking the ocean and a lovely black sand beach, with direct views of the Strombolichio and the sea in the front, and the volcano in the back. It is set amidst trees, flo... wat mensen zeggen » wers and lovely patios. The restaurant for breakfast has large windows and a wide terrace overlooking the ocean. It was quiet, well kept, and made up - This hotel was absolutely breathtaking and perfect for our stay in Stromboli. The hotel driver was waiting our arrival at the port when our ferry came in at 5:40 and he took us to the hotel. There was a sitting room for us to enjoy while we waited for our room to become available. The staff was most welcoming. Francesca spoke English and was able to assist us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Een aanrader - A great hotel if you want to be in a quiet location. We were very lucky with the room (we had a little house away from the main building) with a great view of the sea. Great drinks and wonderful local snacks from 6 to 9pm. - It was all beautiful from arrival through to departure. The gardens were suprisingly lovely (and productive), and the homemade snacks to be eaten with aperitifs in the evening were delicious.

  I loved Borgo Eolie, and hope to get back for a longer stay. Lipari is lovely, and definitely the place to stay for a visit to Stromboli - I spent a night on each island, and would have been much better off staying two nights here with one of the boat tours to Stromboli. Fabulous service, free shuttle available to and from the ferry landing and el... wat mensen zeggen » sewhere, wonderful breakfast, beautiful new hotel and great rooms, just nothing to complain about at all! I didn't use the pool but it looked very nic - We received a great welcome from the receptionist and felt valued guests for three days - rare. Room was spacious and nice, breakfast good (most Australians are not used to eating cake for breakfast so this is a bit of a turn-off). The first morning they had run out of bread rolls and when I inquired if there were more, they actually went out and bought some. Now that is service. We welcomed the free taxi bus to and from town and the port, but usually walked as it was not far and the climb was
