  The Castle/Inn/Palazzo has the most beautiful setting imaginable. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was consistently the best we have had in six weeks' travel in Italy. We are in awe of the brothers: their vision, their hard work, their patience, and their success in turning a building that had had no renovations since ... wat mensen zeggen » the 16th century into a beautiful place to stay. - Nice modern rooms in 14th century castle...cold ac during a hot July, great food, amazing culatello cellar. We had a nice morning cycling to a Parmigiano Reggiano factory and also to the farm which raises some of the rare black pigs which give their rear legs for the famous Culatello.culatello :):)
