  The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. Also, we arrived 10 minutes to midnight, and a staff member waited f - Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.   We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe. When asked they arrange a driver or taxi service for us and they were always helpful assisting us with calls for o - Located close to a lot of main major sites, to the old town and to the underground. Very friendly staff. The family appartement is nice and well equipped, with comfortable beds.

  The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful.
