Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -

Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra
care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past
we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio
were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano
was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the
Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and
this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

The room was very large and clean. Desktop computer in rooms. Mini refrigerator along with coffee pot(heat water only)

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. Easy to get in touch with to
organize our venue to Roma. Room was recently furnished and very clean
with a tiny bacony where you can see a bit of the Coliseum. I do

Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good.
Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to
communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning
of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after
a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a

We loved the Maison Colosseo! We stayed before and after our cruise from Civitavecchia. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. It is just a short walk to the Colosseum with some good restaurants conveniently nearby. We highly recommend!
