The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

I would describe this hostel as a boutique one as everything was special comparing with other hostels I stayed before. It was good cleaned, comfortable and well-decorated. The building is a easy 5 min walk from termini station.
It's shares a building with other hostels.
The area is a little diverse but I never felt unsafe.

I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome.

We stayed on 6-bed room and there was a lot of space for everybody. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-). The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew about the amenities of the hostel and Nas went above and beyond to make sure I made it to the airport for an early flight. I was very impressed by their hospitality and would definitely stay here again. -
