  Mooie locatie, heel vriendelijke eigenaars en werkelijk prachtig zwembad. De eigenaars spreken weinig of geen Engels, maar toen wij aankwamen was hun dochter er om ons, in het Engels, te ontvangen. Onze kamer (nr 2) was klein, geen luxe, maar in orde. Er was geen airco, maar de kamer lag op het (zuid)oosten en was toch aangenaam van temperatuur.   Wonderful 15th century building in the heart of Preci, a small medieval town on a hillside in the mount siblini national park. We loved the view from our window/balcony. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely character. The rest of the hotel seemed warm and inviting. Elizabetta was also so helpful when my husband broke several teeth and she found us an excellent dentist in Norcia. We loved the area, despite having one day of rain. During the day you could purchase tea or coffee or wine at reasonable prices It is an easy drive to the start of various National Park hiking options, and about an hour’s drive to Castelluccio on the amazing Piano Grande.
