Spacious new rooms, balcony. I enjoyed staying there 3 nights in the middle of my road trip and felt like home. It is located near airport but lakes and shopping places are half hour drive away.

I found Pharaoh ants in the kitchen area.

We stayed there as a convenient place between trips to Russia and Switzerland and waiting for rest of family to arrive at mxp. Also is close to the Italian Lakes.

Directions to get from the shuttle to the Residence could have been better and I intend explaining that to the Manager. I should have done it when I was there but did not get around to it.

It was a splendid residence. Almost everything you need is there. If you love to cook a bit for yourself then, this place is your first choice. Very modern and comfortable. To really enjoy this place, rent a car and you'll have the fun of your life. I will go here whenever I'm in milan.

Public transport isn't too good around there.

Very reasonable price even at peak season. Best price/quality ratio. New clean building. Spacious rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Several restaurants around. Close to Malpensa.

Free shuttle from and to Malpensa Airport . Good self catering facillities .

Your staff do not pick calls . It would be nice if incoming calls to guest can be linked to their rooms by extensions , such that guest can recieve calls even when the staff are on break .

room is nice, clean and comfortable. staff is very friendly

location is quite inconvenience, very far from city and journey to city also very costly.
