The staff were very helpful, although they did not speak any English they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

this is a lovely quiet getaway hotel. Close enough to Alghero town (local bus or taxi) but quiet enough to be very relaxing. For our first few days we had one of only 3 rooms in use - lovely. It got busier as time went on, but still a small enough hotel to be quiet and relaxing -

The rooms look exactly like on the pictures, warm and cosy room and really modern furniture and bathroom. Really clean all in all. The owner is really nice and supports in all matters. The distance to the beach and the old town is 5 min by foot.

The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -

De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren in naseizoen geen probleem. Centraal gelegen. Ruime kamer met grote tafel. Ruim ontbijt op de kamer, zelf service.
Geen vers brood bij ontbijt, maar als je dat graag wilt, beneden is een bakkertje, voor de rest was het ontbijt wel ruim verzorgd met oa yogurt en vers fruit.

It was an apartment, redesigned by the owner, with very good taste. Everything we can think of was available for us in the house. He and his wife were very helpfull and friendly, and he has a shop right below, so you can find him easily.
The house was very clean, the fridge filled with food - even a bottle of wine - and it is quite near to the historic centre of Alghero (5 min walk). Parking can be tricky, but at the right time of day you can park freely right on the front of the building.

The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

Paula was a wonderful hostess, greeting us on arrival and explaining
everything, including giving us details on local tourist spots. The room
was large, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day after 10am). It
looked exactly like it did in the photos. We had a fridge, a hairdryer,
ample storage space and a view of the sea. The room itself is quiet even
when it's busy outside. Breakfast was decent with a large choice of
beverages and foods. The location was perfect for exploring the city (5

Lovely apartment with 2 balconies - one facing the street with partial sea view off the lounge and the balcony off the bedroom faced the pool and had a sea view. The beds were comfortable and we had extra blankets for the nippy nights (we went in early May). Location is a nice 20 minute walk from the old town and there is a beautiful prominade all the way. Loved Alghero and LOVED Residence Picalé.

From our arrival in Alghero to the moment we left, Antonio and Gavina
made us feel like one of the family. Genuinely lovely people who despite
speaking little english, went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and
ensure a great stay. The location of the place was great, 5 mins to the
beach, 10 mins to Old town and just around the corner from several
supermarkets. Perfectly clean with ample space in the double room we

Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted us finding the hotel since it is in a new area and is not well indicated. We got a welcome drink and some home-made sweets. Brand new hotel, excellent stylish rooms and bathrooms, well isolated from one another, impeccable service and quality food. The exterior is well thought and developed.
