We arrived early after departing from a cruise & they made us comfortable; secured the luggage; provided coffee & tea; and provided the suite early, once it was ready--by 11:15am. The suites (we could see several) were well furnished; thoroughly cleaned; ha - The hotel is nicely located in the "centre" of Fiumicino village, which in turn is located 3km close to the airport, thus it is comfortable for short stays or early flights. The marina is within walking distance (3 minutes) with very good options for dining. Fish is excellent in the area. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable.   The room was large, clean and quiet. The host was fantastic, and did everything he could to accommodate my needs, even finding a place that could wash and dry my hair for me in a tight window of time. The site is a short walk from the beach and a string of good meal choices. It is a 15 minute walk to the heart of Fiumicino from the hotel, which is... wat mensen zeggen » in a residential area. Easy access across the Tevere with the pedestrian bridge. Shuttle service to the airport for my early morning flight was right - I must admit I copied another's review... But I agree with it....Great proximity to fco, walking distance to beach with very good and inexpensive restaurants. Breakfast was just right for traveling and staff was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms are bright, new, and very clean. ALso, the shuttle service to the airport was good.... came a bit early, we were the only customers in the van and there were not other stops enroute to the airport, so it was calming and not nerve racking.

  The staff was awesome. This is a small hotel and we visited at the end of season. We had the place practically to ourselves. The only drawback is that because it was the end of the season many of the surrounding eateries were closed and without a car it would have been difficult to get dinner. I would stay again! Also helpful with advice on our trips and in recommending somewhere to eat in the evning. The breakfasts were really goood. We were sorry to leave - very close to beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants, the Miraggio Beach Club closeby has several swimming pools. Good Wifi Strength and aircon and lovely staff, we will definitely stay again.
