We booked a suite that said we would be provided with butler service,on arrival they gave us a premium room n said they don't have anything such as butler service,after much discussion n repeatedly showing them our booking documents they upgraded us to a suite..but no butler service..

Chef catered to my food requirement- Special diet requirement post operation.
They need to be more aware of dietary requirements. This will avoid all the extra communications going back and forward.

Location. I was given an extra bed at no extra costs for my 6 yr old son, service is ok
It's getting old, I had booked a suite but ended up with a regular room (with tiny bathroom) as the hotel didn't have suites anymore! and i was charged for the Suite!!! Also, Taxes can be killing and should be calculated and mentoned while booking.
