  (Sorry for my English. I'm French) The location is central and close to all the best restaurants of Parikia. It's litteraly 3 minutes walk from the port ! You walk 2 minutes and you have a few nice breakfast places right on the Livadia beach (which is a very nice beach by the way) so it's truly convenient. I walked on a sea urchin as soon as I arrived in Paros (Agia Irini beach) and freaked out a bit.. - Very good location, 5 mins from Livadia beach, close to town and port. Pleasant surroundings with shop below, owned by Alexandra. Large, modern shower. Could shower without getting water all over the floor. Friendly and helpful staff. We went on a day boat trip starting at Naoussa, which is a picturesque port in the north, stopping at Delos and Mykonos for a few hours each. Not to be missed.   Fabulous Stay!!! Much Better than 5 star Hotels in Mykonos and Santorini. I had such a wonderful stay here I found myself rating every hotel based upon my experience here. The Room décor was – very cool, very modern and very clean (flat screen tv, cool clear table/chair sitting area and I had 2 private decks). Best Value of my entire Greek stay!!!... wat mensen zeggen » The Family was warm caring and they really pay attention to details. The garden is so relaxing and I could not resist eating the grapes hanging over - Very helpful hosts who picked me up and returned me to the port. Room and shower/bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed extremely comfortable and bathrobe provided which was a lovey bonus. My room - 26 - on first floor had spacious balcony overlooking road as well as sitting area facing into courtyard. Family-run business where everyone is involved; extremely friendly, welcoming and would recommend it highly as an excellent B&B option within easy walking of Parikia centre or of beaches. Str

  the location of property is almost perfect. it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. it is a gentle walk to town centre along the beach 10 to 15 minutes by which you pass numerous restaurants. just bring a little torch to light your way until you get to street lighting. our balcony had a panoramic view of the harbour. the room was very clean and well eq... wat mensen zeggen » uipped(with safe). aircon was excellent and easy to adjust. housekeeping was very thorough and sheets & towels changed regularly. we stayed 13 n - Warm welcome with Pipina. Clean, clean and clean everywhere on the site. Spectacular view on our balcony. Very near beach, restaurants, cafes, port, bus terminal to visit Lefkes, Naoussa (super!) Antiparos, and so.... Although it is on a main road, It is set well back in its own grounds with beautiful gardens. Close to a bus stop as well.

  Erg sfeervol en fris ingericht, aardige familie, prima eten.Prachtig uitzicht! - beautiful view, great staff, nice clean room, quiet, everything - When we checked in, we found out there had been a problem with a water main so were taken to another hotel right on the water with a balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were very friendly and wonderful... wat mensen zeggen » . Rooms there were probably not as good as Pyrgaki, but the location and staff made our stay very special. Both hotels are managed by the owner, who is a great host.
