  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  When we arrived there was a problem as the hotel had not received my online confirmed booking.Anastia who is the hotel owner was very professional.She gave us option to go for a not so good room at her hotel and get some refund or she would upgrade us to a better room at another property for a day till then the type of room we had requsted would b... wat mensen zeggen » ecome available at Solaris.She was very friendly,great problem solver .Altough we spent a day at the hotel she made sure our stay was comfortable.As i - We came to Santorini for the wedding of our best friend and we stayed in Solaris. The hotel was very nice near to the center so we could easily reach our friend's hotel walking. Very nice clean swimming pool and a nice little bar there. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The room was like we saw it in the internet very clean and comfortable.

  Heel mooi hotel / appartement. Bij de haven werden wij opgewacht.door een chauffeur met een mooie bus. Hadden wij niet op gerekend echt een verrassing.   The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. We made good use of the tiny whitewashed traffic free streets (well apart from the occasional motorbike or mule train) that we accessed from the - Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

  We came to this hotel on our honeymoon from the UK and we were definitely not disappointed! The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Upon check in we were advised that we had been upgraded to a suite as we indicated on booking we would be on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean. The seating area around the pool was gorgeous, I made particularly good use of the - My mother and I stayed in a suite for a few days during our two week Greece trip. First we loved the room. It was the largest one in Greece, it had the best bathroom in all the islands we stayed on, and it had the most relaxing views. The pool and hammocks are a must for anyone needing relaxation. I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel owners helped us find the perfect sailing cruise which helped to cement our great Grecian vacation! I honestly loved every minute here and will be coming back.
