  The apartment was a real home-away-from-home, with a very welcoming feeling to it. This feeling was apparent every time we returned from a day out. The views from the lounge/dining room windows was a mountain scape, and included wild deer at times! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We want to stay in this area again, and Berghaus Alpe... wat mensen zeggen » nland Klais would definitely be our first choice as it's quiet day and night, and also spacious but with the appealing Germanic cosy feel. - The Berghaus Alpenland Apartments are set in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside with mountains and lakes etc. We found the staff very helpful and the rooms clean and well equipped. Klais is close to the main towns of Garmisch and Mittenwald and is an ideal base for exploring Bavaria, Austria & Italy. We will definitely be booking again next year.

  We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and a large family room with a small kitchen. The rooms were private with their own doors. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owners were very helpful with directions and general questions. The hotel is close to the train station. Laundry is available at nearby Mittenwald. They are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide choice and plentiful. I would use this guesthouse again and would recommend it.

The owners are very kind and experienced, each morning we got tips for the places to visit. Whole family speaks fluent English, so it was really easy to communicate. Very good location, it is very easy to access a plenty of attractions around. We spent there just 4 nights but the feeling is like we could spend easily at least 4 nights more.

  We loved this apartment! It's located in a cute little town within walking distance to two restaurants. It's also close enough to many local attractions but far enough away to relax. It will take you about an hour to reach Daucau, Munich, Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. Only about 20 minutes from Garmisch. The apartment itself is very clean and the two bedroom was the perfect size for four adults. - A very comfortable and cozy apartment. Excellent and very personal service.
