  We liked the rooms which we assumed were conversions from what were originally chateau stables. The furnishing was comfortable and refreshingly different from that found in chain hotels. We liked the spacious bathroom with bath and shower. We liked the quiet of the garden and the proximity to Richelieu and Chinon. The breakfast was excellent and t... wat mensen zeggen » here was a clear desire to accommodate special requests. Altogether excellent. - The location and layout is lovely and the rooms we saw were extremely spacious and well laid out for families. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming, flexible and thoughtful (special breakfast with pancakes prepared for the kids). The breakfast was perfect. The nearby castle - Chateau de Rivau - is well worth a visit. We had a great time.

  Het feit dat ze ons verblijf volledig gratis hebben aangeboden uiteindelijk, gezien de enorme waslijst van klachten die we hadden. Het was dan ook niet meer dan terecht dat dit gebeurde. Het complex was gewoon weg niet af en had geheel niet in de verhuur gemogen !!!!! Dit was dus het enige positieve punt. - Comfortable rooms with good service. Nice... wat mensen zeggen » pool for the kids and very good restaurant. Also the location is well choosen. - The staff were kind enough to keep the restaurant open late for us as wehad gotten lost and arrived late that evening. They helped us with themenu as it was of course in french. The place is brand new and hasbeautiful grounds.
