  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.   We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The ... wat mensen zeggen » room was huge fantastic bed bathroom and dressing room. Our room also had a huge balcony. Walking distance to everything. - Kudos to Albina and Alex did an excellent job and treated us like part of the family. The service was superb along goes with the beautiful magnificient hotel it surely was a very pleasant stay. It's a home away from home fantasy dream come true in luxury.
