  Ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt, rustig gelegen - Kleinschaligheid en de aandacht van het personeel. Kamer en ontbijt waren uitstekend verzorgd. Zeer positief was bovendien het feit dat ik de de 2-pers. kamer die ik de eerste 3 dagen met mijn vrouw gebruikte, aansluitend ook de volgende 5 dagen voor mijn zakelijk verblijf kon blij... wat mensen zeggen » ven gebruiken en niet hoefde te switchen naar de daarvoor gereserveerde 1-pers.kamer.

  it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :) so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool ... wat mensen zeggen » long time.,parking wasn't free-but if you do not afraid to wolk a little by the corner u can find place to park ;) And you can go in the hotel any tim - We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

I was bit concerned about the location before arriving to Prague but after my stay I would say, it is quite well located and public transport is really good to get to city centre, airport or main train station. My room was spacious and comfortable and very quiet. I will ce - Perfect! I didn't expect this price can offer me such a good accommodation! Although it is not in the center of Prague, but just 1 minute walk to the metro station and then 10 minutes to the city center, really not a question to me. The facility is in very good condition and the staff is very nice. Sincerely recommend it to everyone who are going to stay in Prague!

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... wat mensen zeggen » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were outstanding and wanted to assist us in every way. Furthermore the appartments were really large, and comfortably furnished, especially the bathroom. Friendly staff. We could check in earlier which was definitely a plus.
