  The guy from the reception is very kind. He was waiting for us, even we arive a little bit late. the room is more than enough and clean. for us it was a perfect place for 3 days - we wanted to stop in our way to Greece. but we want to come back in winter time and we will gladly choose these apartments. - The mannager of the hotel took care of eve... wat mensen zeggen » ry request we had. He recommended that we will change our initial reservation to one appartment for the children and one for us, instead of one larger appartment. The appatment are large spacious, comfort and warm.

The studio was comfortable, warm, clean, modern furnished and fully equipped (tv, microwave, fridge, kettle etc). The breakfast was pretty good for the price of the room.   We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it.   Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay.   We chose the hotel because of the price. When we arrived we were surprised to find that the hotel is quite new and very well appointed, the staff went out of their way to get us whatever we wanted.
