Excellent service, all of them wanted to help us; specially the people in the restaurant where very gentile. The room was clean and cozy, modern television and free wi-fi. From the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out the staff were excellent in carrying out their duties in all areas of the hotel. Special thanks to Angelika in Reception and Sebastiao in the dining room. Fantastic breakfast. Good location close to Metro, but no decent shops/supermarket nearby.

If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university area).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
