  We loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxed atmosphere and the great food in the restaurant. There were 7 of us, in two family rooms and the rooms were great for the number of people.   The staff were amazing. After being delayed for a flight from my home town to Newcastle to pick up a car i called the motel to let them know we wouldn't arrive until midnight. (as we were driving down to Melbourne ) She was so friendly and said she would leave the key out for us. Would definitely stay there again. - We where looking for a motel in this area as a stop over from Sydney to Melbourne, after we visited the Blue mountains in the afternoon. The Colonial Lodge is a perfect stop for this. The rooms and the bath was refurbished and we had everything we need. Everything was perfect clean and the parking is just in front of the rooms. The owners are really friendly an help out with every information you would need.

  I arrived about 8.30pm and was met at reception with a smile and very pleasant welcome. As I was riding a motorbike and it was freezing outside she put me in a room that had extra heating and was very comfortable indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to bring the family here it's great value, comfortable and very well maintained. - Good clean basic rooms f... wat mensen zeggen » or an overnight stay. The owners/proprietors where incredibly friendly and gave us a lift down to dinner as it was raining heavily, which was much appreciated. The dinner place recommendation was exceptional.

  This wascour second stay and our room was much better than the first visit. The bathroom was much cleaner this time with new looking grouting and the orientation of the bed in relation to the bathroom was better as well. - The whole town of Yass just seemed a lovely place - a little oasis..   Room was large. Beds comfortable. Water nice and hot. Room warmed up well. Friendly staff. Motel was welcoming of pets kept in trailer - certainly pet friendly! This should be stated in description. Lovely area for walkies. Plenty of room to park car with trailer.   My sister and I enjoyed the spacious room with two large comfortable beds, cafetiere, well-chosen furnishings, air-conditioning, bathroom heater.
