  I feel like I'm staying in a living museum when I'm at The Hotel Windsor. That's what I love most, as an anthropologist. I love the spaciousness of the rooms. I love the pillow menu - what a treat! The harpist is a wonderful treat :) The staff are very professional and courteous without being insincere or obsequious - that's a rare skill and grea... wat mensen zeggen » tly appreciated. - Room service meal was soooooo tasty and everyone was lovely there. I liked the fact that they had a system in place that allowed guests to use the same towels if they wanted to in order to save water which is great. What I would have also liked to see is a recycle bin in our room so we can put our aluminium, paper, cardboard, plastic and glass.

  All staff absolutely superb - friendly, helpful and attentive, reception staff and porters desk/concierge staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Room has excellent ammenities, was well designed for comfort and convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location for theatres and shopping could not be better.The hotel has a welco... wat mensen zeggen » ming feel to it and feels "boutique". - Warm welcome from Susan at reception, glass of champagne at check-in desk and nice handwritten card with chocolates in our room that night from Susan wishing us a pleasant stay in Melbourne. Very personal touch from a large hotel.
