  the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. - Location, friendly staff, room had its own jacuzzi and bbq, very clean, lovely pool

  As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor. It was compact, clean and self contained. All appliances were in good order and worked. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows. The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure. We will be back.

  I like the fact that they put us up in a room with the view of the beach and the room was very clean and organised. The facilities and utensils are well kept and clean. The spa was gorgeous.   We stayed in an executive (ie: renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The decor was mostly modern, and the older furniture was still clean, stable and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing (we stayed in room 67, on the 5th floor) of the beach. We utilised the gym and pool, and enjoyed being close to a supermarket. We would love to come back again.

  Location in Mooloolaba is fantastic, Great quality of rooms, Kids loved the pool and spa. Being able to get back to the room with ease and timeliness after a day at the beach.
