  All the staff from the cleaner and bar staff to reception and waitresses were excellent and made us feel most welcome. The room was comfortable with good amenities. A great experience. - Nothing was to much trouble if we asked the reception anything

  Very friendly staff, extremely clean, new furniture, nice decor, practical shower rose which is often below standard in most other hotels/motels, hot chocolate and generous amount of tea/coffee supplied.   Being a late book in, (10pm) and after a brief phone call, arragements had been made for me to get access to my room. The room had the A/C turned on, so after a 11 hour bus trip in 40 degrees temp., this was really appreciated. The room (4), was clean, and everthing was there for a good nights sleep. I must also say, I really enjoyed talking to th... wat mensen zeggen » e wonderfull lady on the check out the following day. Hopefully these comments will get back to Steve and his staff, and I look forward to revisiting - Friendly reception and helpfull, very clean and suited the purpose of my visit. Good location within walking distance of shops and the wonderful Glenelg esplanade (great on a Sunday morning walking along the top of the beach with lots of cafes etc)
