When we went to our allotted room, it had a not very nice smell. I rang reception and they came immediately and changed us into another room. I would stay here again. Budget accommodation with everything you need for an overnight stay. Location, facilities, great view from balcony, nice kitchen, dining and lounge, free parking, heating, shower and toilets, spacious rooms, foxtel tv, Modern unit with lifts, secure.

View, privacy, comfort, parking and convenience to dining, shopping and pool. Wonderful meal at nearby local hotel, within walking distance, O'Keefe's. Its a great place to stay as it is central to everything. Friendly staff. Great views from balcony. Two bedroom self contained apartment excellent. Very clean throughout and well equiped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Both staff i dealt with were very polite and genuinely friendly. everything there was nothing i could fault in the 2 bedroom apartment except no bath would have love to had a bath. From the friendly reception staff, to the fantastic views from the balcony to the wonderful spa. All great. The service was fantastic with such friendly management. I would always go back or recommend them. Very relaxed atmosphere with all the conveniences of home - great views over city. its close to the city but quiet. Clean and friendly enjoyed the stay very much. Location and easy explanation on the directions to the grocery store, etc. Good location and great view over the city - loved having a balcony :). Nothing. Sitting area in the room was a little small. No undercover parking which makes it a little difficult to pack/unpack in the rain. nothing i was really happy with the apartment. Refrigerator was not plugged on, towel still in frig to mop up water. We pulled out the frig and started it at the wall. Took a while to get cold. This is a friendly comment not a complaint. No free wi-fi facilities. Thin internal walls. There was nothing we didn't like. The tiny car park- to reverse out of a parking spot required doing a what felt like a 100 point turn; wouldn't be suitable if you had a large car. Hot water also took a long time to heat up in the bathroom (about a minute). Better sound insulation between the 2 bedrooms is needed. Bathroom panels are run down, needs a good renovation. Need new pillows and mattress on bed not great when you don't sleep we'll while traveling. Queen size beds would be preferable for most people too. The shower was broken, we told them, they said they fix it.But it still did not work and been a Sunday they could not anyone out, not real happy as thre w a spa, but my husband doesn't like spas. nothing all good. the brekfast was over priced for what itwas. bad shower. The toilet. No heating in toilet and towers are worn out. Having to clean up cups and glasses etc or pay additional fee.
