  Cleanest and most modern hostel I've ever stayed in. The place has clearly been renovated/upgraded recently and it's lovely. I was really impressed. The room ac had heat and cool, which is apparently rare in Australia where most ac usually only cools a room. The room was large, very clean, the shared bathroom down the hall, which is usually the wo... wat mensen zeggen » rst part of any hostel, was spotless. The restaurant was very well priced (eating out is always expensive in Oz) and the food was very good. - The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there, my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!

  The kitchen is big and well equipted. The room is clean and the security is awesome, there are security camera everywhere in public area. There is a wifi room you can use wifi which is great.   Restaurant is goed en betaalbaar - Excellent location, within walking distance to Brisbane CBD AND BRISBANE SOUTHBANK AREA.. reasonable price and the facilities are very comfortable and within our expectation. Close to footy grounds the Barricks movie/shopping precinct. Comfortable and excellant Restaurant actually one of the best I have eaten at in Brisbane, great breaky, coffee shop and pool area. I would defiantely go back.

  We stayed in an apartment facing the road with river views on the second storey. Nice big balcony and no road noise inside with doors closed. A very comfortable, nice sized apartment for our four day stay. Good supplies and restaurants in close walking distance, excellent on site parking and easy access in all directions. With the refurbished apartments and the completion of the proposed new ferry - I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast. And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee. I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.

Congratulations on your customer service. - Location close to everything , Nice city view , staff allowed us to check in 3 hours in advance , fast check out, generally friendly staffs.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre of Brisbane it is ideally located.

  I have stayed in 4and 5 star hotels which would not rate as well as South Central. Design, decor and layout were excellent. A bonus also is the rooftop pool. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger apartment which would have been wonderful had I been travelling with company.   Cheap but comfortable and very clean. Free wifi and parking. The hotels you pay $200+ for per night don't even give you that. The rooms are small but not claustrophobic. I have stayed in high end resorts with rooms not much bigger. The staff was very nice to us and although we arrived before the check in time they managed to give us a room so we could rest. They were also great adivising us on how to get to know the city.
