  I loved everything about this place, the customer service was above and beyond. I woke up reception at 5 o'clock in the morning. Even though check in, is at 2. It cost me 15 dollars extra. But, I was checking in 9 hours early and woke up someone as well, it was worth it. I can't say enough positives about the customer service, everyone is so nice and helpful - The food at the hotel was excellent and good value for money.

  We have always stayed here and always have Dinner at Albertos which has one of the highest food standards of a laa carte restaurants in Australia. This is the first time we stayed undergroundin the Summer (44 degrees) and the room was too hot to sleep ( higher than the advertised 23-25 degrees. A top hotel with great staff and very good food. Accommodation comfortable and constant atmosphere underground. Restaurant served very nice meals and good service. Bookings.com had a good deal for us.

  What a great find ...and lovely surprise !! The design and concept of this motel is quite stunning ...color and quality of the materials used ... Rooms were very comfortable very clean ...and the color scheme was carried out throughout linens and bath towels ....the Manager was most helpful and organized for us a visit at one of the opal mines on ... wat mensen zeggen » very short notice and dinner at Tom and Marys the local Greek restaurant ....Great food ! The Manager also prepared the best breakfast the next mornin - This motel was very clean and pleasant-feeling. Andrew, behind the front desk, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. After staying in a few "budget" motels during our drive around Australia, motels that left a lot to desire, this motel stood out as one I actually remember favorably. I would happily stay here again.
