More than advising go here and there, she arrnaged for a printed step by step directions and - Great location, close to Canberra main attractions (Old and New Parliament House; National Gallery; National Library; Lake Burley Griffin). Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Homely feel. Very close to a precinct with good restaurants, bar, supermarket etc. Felt like a place one could stay for two weeks and have a real holiday!

  Reception staff - very friendly at each encounter. I was welcomed with unsolicited suggestions and free maps - very nice touch you would normally only see in a small country town. I am not that fussy but . . . I find dry irons in hotel rooms very frustratingly ineffective and a statement of mistrust. Cap Exec provided a steam iron and it was a v... wat mensen zeggen » ery effective one (took a pic; will buy one). Breakfast buffet was very, very reasonably priced - didn't feel any urge to over-eat just to get my mone - My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.

  This property is well priced, and quiet, and only about 10 minutes from the northern end of Canberra. The rooms are comfortable and relatively clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were there when a school group was also staying there, but because of the size of the resort, we didn't hear a peep out of them all night long.   When leaving the hotel I thought that the accommodation fee had already been charged to my credit card but was told that it not how letsbookhotel.com works, which I know is not the case, so I hope I haven't been charged twice.   I had a note on my file that I liked the apartment that we stayed in last time and would prefer it for future bookings. I was kindly rang by a staff member to let me know that room was not available as it was a two bedroom apartment I had booked a one bedroom apartment. The staff member then went out of their way I'm sure to make sure we had a s... wat mensen zeggen » imilar apartment but with a view over the city. We were very happy with the apartment and we will be returning in about 3 weeks for another stay in C - The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular! We were so close to all the places we wanted to visit Parliment House, The War Memorial and Shopping in the City. The Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend it to anyone looking for top accommodation in the city at a reasonable price. Kathy, Kevin and Family.

  Very good value for money, the unit was clean with good heating. Car parking was good. The facilities and Restaurant were good clan and good food. The swimming pool area looks nice, but not the weather to try it out. The location to all the things you want to do and the CBD was excellant. - All the dishes and utensils were supplied.
